Do you require a deposit when I book a session?
Starting November 1, 2019, I will be asking for non-refundable retainers. I am doing this to ensure you have a smooth and easy booking experience. This is not an extra fee. The retainer amount will be deducted from your session price. I gladly accept a payment through Facebook, Cash App, Zelle, or cash for the retainer. Thank you for your understanding!
For all sessions, except for weddings, a non-refundable retainer of $50 will be due in order to book your session.
The remainder of the session fee is due either before or at the time of the session.
If you need to cancel your session, you may do so up to 4 days prior to your session, and you will be refunded your full retainer. If there are extenuating circumstances, please let me know and I will work with you! Things happen, and exceptions can be made.

** 4 weeks added to editing time if wedding is in the months of Septemember to Decemenber . Additional editing time for adding on time for a wedding and also for special requests. ( please ask for additional information).
A retainer of $150 will be due within 7 days of booking your session.
Cancellation of your session within 60 days of your event will entitle you to a 50% refund of your initial retainer.
Cancellation of your session within 30 days of your event will terminate your right to any refund of initial retainer.
What special packages do you offer?
*The Combination Maternity/Fresh 48 Package is normally $490 if booked separately. If you book both together the price will be $465, saving you $25.
*The Combination Maternity/ In Studio Newborn Package is normally $650 if booked separately. If you book both together the price will be $600, saving you $50.
*The Combination Maternity/ In Home Newborn Package is normally $700 if booked separately. If you book both together the price will be $650, saving you $50.

**We offer a payment plan for any of these listed packages**
*When booking our Wedding 2 package you receive a free Engagement session! The location must be within 30 minutes of commute or there would be a travel fee based up milage. This is for up to 1 hour of commute. Out of state or further would have to be discussed with Amanda.
*If you are interested in a bundle package that is not listed, please ask and I will create one for you depending on the packages :)
DO I SUPPLY MY OWN PROPS?
If you have something special you'd like to incorporate into your pictures, I'm all for it! My clients have full access to all of my props, and I have a lot! For specialized sessions we will work together to see what I have that fits your theme. Feel free to send pictures of props or sets that you like. I have a lot of props, but I don't have everything :) Check out my prop page!
WE HAVE MORE FAMILY MEMBERS THAN THE PACKAGE ALLOWS...
That's totally fine! Some families have lots of people, and some don't, I love photographing them all! It's an additional $15 per person, for me to edit and make sure your images are perfect!
i'm worried we might go over the amount of time our session allows
First of all, thank you for being so considerate! There may be another package that better fits your needs. Please ask and I'll be more than happy to help! I do my best to be on time for all sessions because I know how valuable my clients time is. More often than not I'm on my way to see another family after I'm done capturing your family's memories! Therefore it is very important that I finish sessions on time as well. If a session goes over the allotted time by 10 minutes there will be a fee of $40 applied. If a session starts 10 minutes late due to the client being tardy there will be fee of $40 applied and the session will still stop on time. There will not be additioanl images added to your amount that comes with the package.
There are circumstances that may require you to add on time to your package. IF THIS IS SCHEDULED AHEAD OF TIME, then this can be arranged in 15 minute increments and would be a priced as 50$ and would add to your gallery 3 additional images. If you choose to purchase additional images from your gallery when viewing, these 3 images cannot not be "counted" in any of the deals that are offered. I don't know if our Family fits into any of your packages...
I never want anyone to feel they cant book because they aren't sure if they "fit" into one of my packages. Every family is unique and I want to capture all of them!! Please reach out to me with any questions you may have and we will figure it out together!
I don't live in Rhode Island, but i really love your work and want you to photograph my family...

What if the weather is bad?
I am constantly checking the weather. If I feel the weather might impact your session, I'll reach out to you in advance. If we have to cancel, I will do everything in my power to reschedule your session as soon as possible!
Will you send me a reminder before our session?
I will send you at least one reminder before the day of your session. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns. I am always happy to help!
My session is done, now what?
Once your session is complete, you will receive a personalized website link and password to view your own private online gallery of all the edited images from your session. Each image is assigned a number. Once you've decided which images you'd like to purchase, let me know the numbers! Your gallery will stay online for 2 weeks in order to give you ample time to choose your images. If you need more than 2 weeks to pick your images you may incur the $30 fee for me to upload your gallery a second time.
I received my images, now what?
You own your images outright including print release and all rights. I would be more than happy to give you suggestions of high-quality, affordable companies that can print your photos and canvases etc. Just ask!
I'd like to order extra images, how do I do that?
You can order additional images (of the images you chose from your gallery) up to 3 months after the date of your session. If the 2 weeks has passed and your gallery is no longer online, I can upload the images for you. The fee to re-upload your images is $30.
If I Choose B&W and color of the same image does that count as 2 images?
You can choose a black and white and color of the same image and it will count as one image. You can do this with up to 3 images in your gallery.
How much do the extra images cost? How do I pay for them?
In addition to the set amount of images you receive with your session package, you can choose extra images to purchase. Let me know the name/number associated with the image, and I'll send it to you once I receive payment. I accept Venmo or cash at this time. It's that easy!

Should we feed you at our wedding reception?
It's certainly not required, but I probably won't turn down a nice warm meal. I do bring my own snacks, but a granola bar and fruit just isn't as good as an actual plate of food. If I do sit and grab a quick bite, I prefer to eat when you do. I find people don't like to smile for pictures while they're eating :)
